Whole-half-quarters
We offer whole half and quarters of beef to consumers all you need to do is contact us. The state of California due to the stress in small processing plants has passed a law allowing farmers and ranchers to sell animals directly to consumer process on the ranch they have been raised on and to transport the beef to a local cut and wrap facility. The rancher will take care of scheduling all you have to do is choose the cuts you would like and pay a processing fee.
